In the event of a warranty claim, labor is covered for troubleshooting and repair work performed at TekWerks for 9 months on gaming systems and 12 months for workstations. Shipping to and from TekWerks is not included or covered by warranty. Accidental damage or abuse is not covered, including damage done by anyone other than TekWerks upgrading or repairing the system. Software is not covered under warranty such as viruses or compatibility issues. Hardware compatibility issues are not covered by the warranty such as printers, expansion cards, monitors, and other external devices.
Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a part the shipping cost from TekWerks to the RMA center is covered.
